What it does

Reduces the global cooldown on your Rejuvenation and Lifebloom abilities by 0.5 sec and you gain the Lifebloom ability: Heals the target for ? over 7 sec. When Lifebloom completes its duration or is dispelled, the target instantly heals for ? and the Druid regains half the cost of the spell. This effect can stack up to 3 times on the same target.
